Who's birthday dinner is it?

Who's birthday dinner is it? We arrived to Goob's sure we were having breakfast for dinner because that is what the birthday boy wanted. After we finished the last minute touches for a very yummy dinner Kam offered our prayer. It was a very sweet, touching prayer in honor of the special birthday boy. Kam thanked God for the boy's parents & said what a blessing Cade was to all of us. Yes, Cade. We all tried not to laugh during the prayer, but we all thought we were there for Caleb. It was indeed a dinner for Caleb, but Kam forgot & thought we were there for Cade. Oh, well. We were just all excited to have breakfast for dinner. Everyone was so nice to pitch in on the menu. We had several breakfast casseroles, biscuits & gravy, sausage balls, muffins, fruit pizza & Snap made Caleb her famous guacamole. It was ALL delicious.

Jim had made Jensen a jet-pak the other day & then brought one for Cade (more about that later).

This year instead of a blue, baseball cake Caleb wanted homemade ice cream.

Gran was so very excited that I remembered our Disney pictures.

You would think with 4 big kids it would be easy to take their pics, not tonight. It took a good 3 times to get 1 good one.



Then Gran wanted a picture of all the grand kids, but what about Foz & Jeff? Rob held up their pictures so they could be in the picture.

The rest of the evening we were entertained by the singers. They did several performances for us. IT WAS GREAT!!!!

Thank you Goob & Kam for letting us invade your home AGAIN!! We all had such a nice time on a lazy Thursday night.

We are so lucky to all be close enough to see each other often.
